I was born in Plymouth, England on the 10th day of April anno Domini 1891 [NB in her Petition for Naturalization she states her birthday as 11th April 1909]; I now reside at 206 S. Ann Street, Baltimore, Maryland.
I emigrated to the United States of America from Liverpool, England on or about the 20th of October 1909 and arrived in the United States, at the port of Philadelphia, PA on the 1st of November 1909 on the vessel Friesland.
Her petitioner and witnesses to the Petition for Naturalization were August Lorenz a millworker and Elizabeth Lorenz a housekeeper.
