  3/42 (29 November 1218) 29 Nov. Westminster. Kent. Walter de la Dene and Gilbert, Henry, William, Luke and John, his brothers, give the king half a mark for having a writ to attaint the twelve jurors before the itinerant justices in Kent, as abovesaid, against Simon of Odell , concerning their free tenement in Nettlestead. They have the writ. Order to the sheriff of Kent to take security for that half-mark to the king’s use for this writ. Witness the earl.
