FAQs about Group Sales
Any group that meets the minimum-order size requirement may purchase group tickets. A group can be a formal group (business, association, Girl Guides, Scouts), or an informal group of friends, family or neighbours.
Group size is expected to be made up of a minimum of 15 individuals in order to qualify for group rates.
No. You must provide us with one bulk payment for all of the products ordered and purchased for your group.
Yes, as long as the products are still available. We will try to fulfill your additional order as close as possible to your original order.
Orders are shipped according to our domestic and international shipping policies. However, additional time may be needed for your order to clear international customs, if an international order is placed, and there may be additional time required to properly package and ship your order in one installment.
Unfortunately, due to the nature and logistics of packaging and shipping a large order refunds are not available for products purchased via a group order. However, Ancestry Solutions will honour our committment to exchange any products that are damaged during transit or that fail that would be covered by our Guarantee and Warranties policy.
